摘    要:对再生塔上塔液位波动造成吸收塔出口工艺气中CO2含量超标,后续甲烷化炉床层温度快速上涨的原因进行分析,提出处理措施。

Abstract:The liquid level of regenerator fluctuated, resulting in CO2 content in the process gas of absorber exit exceeding the standard. The subsequent methanator bed temperature was quickly increased. This paper analyzed the reasons and proposed treating measures.
