| Abstract: | Melanins of White Silkie Bantams contribute to the removal of free radical and was used as a sort of anti-oxidants. They also serve as agents for the prevention of senescence and improving the immune system. This article relates the classification, the process of formation, physiological functions,extract methods and current state of research of melanins extracted from White Silkie Bantams. |
