摘    要:乌鸡黑色素有清除自由基和抗氧化作用,可以抗衰老,提高免疫力。本研究对乌鸡黑色素的分类、生成过程、生理功能、提取方法及研究现状进行了阐述。

Abstract:Melanins of White Silkie Bantams contribute to the removal of free radical and was used as a sort of anti-oxidants. They also serve as agents for the prevention of senescence and improving the immune system. This article relates the classification, the process of formation, physiological functions,extract methods and current state of research of melanins extracted from White Silkie Bantams.
