加肋板式水室结构的有限元优化设计

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件建立了加肋板式凝汽器水室的参数化模型,将有关结构参数变量指定为优化设计变量,以结构在已知工况下的应力和位移为状态变量,采用有限元数值方法,对加肋板式凝汽器水室进行了优化设计计算,得到了轻量化程度较高的设计参数,从而为实际生产设计部门进行优化结构、节省材料用量提供理论依据。

Abstract:Using the engineering analysis software ANSYS,a parameter structure model for the stiffened plate type condenser waterbox is built.Some relevant structure parameters that affect wa-terbox's deformation and mass are converted to be optimal design variables.The stress and the displacement of the waterbox under known work conditions are assigned to be static variables.With the finite element numerical method,a structure optimization design of the stiffened plate type waterbox is made.Thus the ultra lightweight design parameters are obtained.The results canbe used to provide a theoretical foundation for executive departments to design an optimal valve structure and make a cost-effective use of materials.
