| 摘 要： | 湘钢３号高炉由于大钟上与大钟漏斗接触的密封面严重磨损，炉顶煤气泄漏严重，高炉生产无法正常进行。在高炉无法进行中修的情况下，通过采用新型的平移拆装方式对大钟进行了更换，从而保证了高炉的正常生产。

| Abstract: | The seal face on the large bell of No. 3 BF (1 000 m3) at Xiangtan Steel was worn by burden and gas,the top gas leakage occurred frequently,and the normal production of BF was disrupted. In order to keep the BF production , a new method replacing large bell was adopted. As a result,the worn large bell was replaced successfully. |
