动态硫化POE/PP的交联及助交联

摘    要:以纯度40%的双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯(BIPB)为交联剂,研究了BIPB用量和作用时间以及HVA-2的用量对动态硫化的聚烯烃弹性体/聚丙烯(POE/PP)的影响。研究结果表明:当BIPB用量为1.2份时,体系的综合力学性能最佳;动态硫化时间为6 min时,POE/PP力学性能较好。助交联剂N,N'-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)的加入能够明显提高POE/PP共混物的拉伸和撕裂强度,并且随着HVA-2用量的增加,强度增加;但随HVA-2用量的增加,拉断伸长率降低。

Abstract:The effect of concentration and reaction time of dynamically vulcanization,concentration of N, N'-m-phenylene bismaleimide to polyolefin elastomer /polypropylene(POE/PP) with BIPB of active peroxide content of 40% as crosslinkers in dynamic vulcanization process was studied. The results show that mechanical properties of system was best when the concentration of BIPB is 1.2 phr, and 6 minutes is an ideal reaction time for dynamically vulcanization. Tensile strength and tear strength have improved clearly after the addition of coagent HVA-2. At the same time, tensile strength and tear strength were found to increase with the increasing concentration of HVA-2,but elongation at break were found to decrease with the increasing concentration of HVA-2.
