对空调器内压缩机脏堵问题的分析研究

空调器的售后服务中,最怕出现压缩机不工作的情况。因为这常常意味着除了是最简单的线路不通就是压缩机内部出现抱轴卡缸现象,而处理这种问题的方法就是彻底换压缩机,成本较昂贵。既增加了厂家的负担,也引起用户的不满。我认为,只有找出问题出现的原因,并解决在生产过程中,才可避免这种情况。希望对空调器厂家和压缩机厂家的质量控制提供帮助。

STUDY ON DIRTY AND STIFLED IN AIR-CONDITIONER'S COMPRESSOR

It is serious for air-conditioner when compressor can't work. It means either the connection is illogical or the compressor is. The best way is exchange compressor. But it costs lots. So factory is burdened and consumer is dissatisfaction. I think it can avoid if we find the reason why it happens. I wish it can help factory of comprdssor or air-conditioner to improve their quality.
