浙江某商业综合体塔楼结构设计

摘    要:浙江某商业综合体塔楼主要屋面高度200.6 m,采用钢框架-钢筋混凝土筒体结构体系。介绍了结构的主要特点和结构分析的有关内容。确定了比较合理的加强层结构布置方案。通过弹性时程分析,找出了结构的薄弱部位,减少了设计的盲目性。针对工程具体超限之处,采取了有针对性的措施。不同软件的分析结果表明,工程结构具有良好的抗震性能,各项指标均符合规范要求。

Abstract:The main roof height of a commercial complex tower building in Zhejiang is 200. 6 the system of steel frame-concrete core tube is used for this building. The main characteristic of the structure,also the structural analysis and relevant details of the design were introduced. The structural layout of the strengthening floor in the structure was determined. Through the elastic time history analysis,the weak parts of the structure were found out,thus reducing the blindness of the design. According to the specific transfinite project,targeted measures were taken to solve problems. The results of different software show that the structure has a good seismic performance,the indicators are in line with the standard requirements.
