山地城镇综合防灾的几个问题

山地城镇建设已经成为云南省的重大发展战略,山地城镇综合防灾是一个新的课题,从生态环境的保护、不良地质灾害的影响、建筑物和基础设施工程的抗震设防、防洪排洪系统建设、应急避难场地和救灾通道、山地城镇灾害的监测、建立健全紧急救援机制7个方面对山地城镇综合防灾问题进行了探讨,提高山地城镇的综合防灾能力,对于降低或规避山地城镇灾害风险是很有必要的。

SEVERAL ISSUES ON COMPREHENSIVE DISASTER PREVENTION IN MOUNTAIN TOWNS

Though mountain town construction has become a major development strategy in Yunnan Province,comprehensive disaster prevention in mountain towns is still a new topic. It has been investigated the issue of comprehensive disaster prevention in mountain towns from seven aspects,that is,ecological and environmental protection,influences of adverse geological disasters,anti-earthquake and fortification of buildings and infrastructure engineering,construction of flood drainage system,emergency evacuation and disaster relief channel,monitoring of mountain town disasters,and establishing and improving emergency aid mechanisms. Improving the capability of comprehensive disaster prevention in mountain towns is of great necessity to reduce or avoid risks of mountain town disasters.
