爆炸荷载下大口径管道破坏作用的数值模拟

摘    要:以大口径管道为研究对象,利用非线性动力分析有限元程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA,适当选取材料的本构关系,很好地模拟了管道在爆炸荷载作用下管道的破坏变形情况,分析了炸药药量、爆心距、管道壁厚等因素对管道破坏作用的影响。结果表明,采用数值模拟方法对研究爆炸荷载下管道破坏作用的影响因素是可行的,其模拟结果对管道防护具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In this paper,studying the large diameter steel pipe,the damage and deformation of pipe under blast loading is well stimulated by ANSYS /LS-DYNA FEM,a software of non-linear dynamic analysis,selecting proper material constitutive relations,and it is analyzed the damages influenced by explosive charge,distance to explosive's center and wall thickness. The result show that it is feasible to study influencing factors of the damage of pipe under blast loading by numerical simulation method and the conclusion in this paper can provide some references for the protection of pipe.
