基于Qtech-501黏弹阻尼材料约束阻尼结构阻尼性能的研究

摘    要:采用自由梁锤击法对基于Qtech-501黏弹阻尼材料的约束阻尼结构进行测试,通过DASP系列软件分析得出一阶共振频率、阻尼比和振动加速度。结果表明:1)结构YZ的阻尼比在3.020%以上,振动加速度均在1.540 1 m/s2以下,2)结构YS的阻尼比在6.740%以上,振动加速度均在1.180 1 m/s2以下,3)结构YZ和YS的振动加速度在0.125 s内即可衰减至零,而无阻尼结构的振动加速度衰减至零则在1 s以上。

Abstract:The constraint layer damping based on Qtech-501 viscoelastic damping materials was tested by the method of free beam hammering method and the first order resonance frequency、damping ratio and the vibration acceleration were gotten by means of DASP software analysis. The result shows that: 1) damping ratio of YZ is more than 3. 020%and the vibration acceleration is below1. 540 1 m /s2,2) damping ratio of YS is more than 3.020% and vibration acceleration is below 1. 1801 m /s2,3) vibration acceleration of YZ and YS can decay to zero within 0.125 s,while the undamped structure is more than 1s.
