| 摘 要： | 近年来,城市老年人口在数量上的增长给城市空间带来很多质的变化与更新。以天津市为例,在充分调研天津市现有老年人居住环境的基础上,在城市设施的共享化、社区环境的匹配化、养老空间的居家化、功能结构的产业化四方面提出城市老年居住空间发展的新趋势和设计方法,探讨应对老年化社会在建筑设计上的策略。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the number of aged population in growth brings a lot of qualitative change to the urban space. Taking Tianjin for an example,on the basis of the investigation of aged living environment,and puts forward four trends of developing the aged living space in urban: The sharing of public facilities,the matching of community environment,the home of the endowment space,the industrialization of function structure,so as to explore the strategy of architectoral design for the aged society. |
