上海白玉兰广场酒店塔楼结构抗震弹塑性分析研究

摘    要:北外滩白玉兰广场酒店塔楼大屋面高度为171 m的超限高层,采用带顶部加强层的钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒-刚臂结构的混合结构体系。采用非线性分析软件PERFORM-3D进行罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析,考察结构的整体抗震性能指标,并着重分析核心筒剪力墙、型钢混凝土柱、外框架钢梁、伸臂桁架以及连梁等典型构件的损伤破坏程度,为该结构及其他类似结构的性能设计提供参考。

Abstract:North Bund Magnolia Plaza Hotel tower is a over-limit high-rise building with the total height of 171 meters,frame-core-outriggers structural system with strengthened storey is used in this structure. Elasto-plastic dynamic analysis under rare earthquake action is conducted on the platform of PERFORM-3D software. The whole structure's performance is evaluated in the article,and some typical components' damage index is focused on,including the core wall,steel frame,steel reinforced column,belt truss and link beam. The method and results can offer some reference to the project's design and is also useful to other similar structural design.
