新型预制复合墙板农居结构热工性能试验研究

摘    要:为研究四川大学预制住宅课题组提出的新型预制复合墙板住宅体系下的农村住宅围护结构的保温隔热性能,通过模型试验方法对新型预制复合墙板农居结构的热工性能进行了测试分析研究;并将其传热系数的试验结果与理论计算值进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:采用200 mm厚的新型预制复合墙板能够使农村住宅满足夏热冬冷地区农村居住建筑的节能标准和要求;增加混凝土层或保温层厚度可进一步提高热惰性指标和降低传热系数,从而使新型预制复合墙板达到更好的保温隔热效果。

Abstract:In order to study the thermal insulation performance of rural residential enclosure structure by a new type of prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard,which is put forward as a housing system by the prefabricated residence research group of Sichuan University,through model experiment testing,the thermal performance of the structure has been studied and analyzed; the heat transfer coefficient of test has been compared with that of the theoretical calculation results. The results show that the rural house with 200 mm thick new type prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard can meet the energy efficiency standard and requirement of rural residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone; increasing the thickness of concrete layer or insulation layer can further improve the index of thermal inertia and reduce the heat transfer coefficient,so the effect of thermal insulation of the new type prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard will get better.
