摘    要:空调系统能耗是卷烟生产企业建筑能耗的最主要部分,合理利用厂区的余热资源为空调系统提供能量是绿色工房节能减排的主要内容和手段之一。概述了卷烟厂厂区的余热资源特点以及回收利用原则,并以某生产企业技改项目为例,进行了分析。通过测算空调系统需热量及余热资源量,得出合理的空调系统余热利用方案,每年可节省832吨标煤,碳排放量减少629吨/年。

Abstract:Air conditioning system energy consumption is the most important part of tobacco factory building energy consumption. Recycling waste heat for air conditioning system is one of the important ways in energy reduction for green industrial buildings. The characteristics of waste heat in tobacco factories were introduced,as well as the basic rules of recycling waste heat. The technical innovating program in a tobacco factory was taken as an example. The quantity of air conditioning heat demands and waste heat resource were calculated before the heat recycled plan analysis for the factory. Reasonable heat recycle schemes was proposed,which saved 832 tons of standard coal annually and carbon emissions was decreased by 629 t /a.
