摘    要:皮江法炼镁生产中使用的还原罐在高温下的破坏主要表现在罐体产生变形和裂纹 ,导致装料、出料困难 ,无法抽取真空而报废。对还原罐材质进行正确的成分设计和工艺结构的改进 ,有望大幅度提高还原罐的使用寿命

Abstract:The breakage of the deoxidizing jar.which is used Pidgeon's deoxding magnesium are mainly representing in the deformation and cracks of the jar.Those lead to discard as useless for feeding or unlading difficultly and being vacuum impossibly.It's possible to increase the service life of the deoxidzing tank if its ingredient is designed properly and the technologic structure is improved.
