论我国社会信用体系的建立和健全

信用缺失已成为我国社会主义市场经济发展的关键问题。信用缺失大大增加了人际交往成本和企业交易成本，阻碍了进一步深化经济体制改革的步伐，也严重地影响到人们的社会价值观和生活道德观。建立起一个由思想观念正确引导、法律制度约束、组织机构保证、有效方法实施的社会信用体系已刻不容缓。
