后压浆提高钻孔灌注桩承载力的试验研究

摘    要:北京首都机场扩建工程三号航站楼18000余根混凝土灌注桩全部采用后压浆技术改善桩基承载性状。为得到合理的后压浆施工参数,并为桩基的优化设计提供科学的依据,在工程桩施工前在拟建场区14个试验区的共计72根试桩进行了竖向静载现场试验。试验结果表明,采用后压浆工艺可以明显提高桩基的竖向承载力,减少桩基沉降量。文中还对钻孔灌注桩后压浆作用机理进行了分析。

Abstract:The bearing characteristics of pile foundation consisting of more than 18000 bored piles have been improved by using post- grouting technology for the huge Terminal 3 project of Beijing Capital Airport Expansion Project. This paper presents the static load test results on 72 preliminary test piles drilled in 14 test zones on the job site, which demonstrate that post-grouting technology can significantly improve the pile deformation characteristics and bearing capacity. The strengthening mechanism of post-grouting for slurry bored piles is also described.
