HCR工艺的充氧性能研究

摘    要:采用不稳定状态下的清水充氧性能试验,对HCR反应器进行了充氧性能的研究,考察了反应器内径、射流水量、温度对其性能的影响,得出了影响该反应器氧转移效率的主次因素顺序为:射流量→内筒直径→温度。同时确定出反应器运行的最佳射流量为2.5m3/h,最佳内径为7cm,为后续的试验提供了可靠的技术参数。

Abstract:An experiment on oxygenation capacity have been accomplished by using clean water in unstable state to study oxygenation capacity of HCR reactor.We examined the influence of three factors-the internal diameter of the reactor,jet flow and water temperature-on the oxygenation capacity of the reactor.We can conclude that jet flow played the most primary role in influencing the oxygen transfer efficiency of the reactor among the three influncing factors, then followed by the internal diameter of the reactor.Moreover,we can conclude that the optimum quantity of jet flow is 2.5m3/h and the optimum internal diameter of the reactor is 7cm,which could be used as reliable parameters in future research.
