摘    要:目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石严重并发症与预防措施。方法总结分析输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗患者的资料,统计并发症的发生和处理情况。结果输尿管穿孔3例,输尿管口损伤2例,输尿管黏膜下假道形成3例,输尿管断裂1例,输尿管全层黏膜撕脱1例。结论输尿管镜下取石术并发症的发生与手术者的技术操作密切相关,正确熟练地操作可有效减少并发症。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the severe complications of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy (UPL) and their preventive measures. Methods Complications of UPL and their managements were retrospectively analyzed. Results Ureteral perforation, ureterostoma injury, ureteral submucosa pseudocanal, ureteral rupture, and avulsed ureter injury were found in 3, 2, 3, 1, and 1 patients, respectively.
