| 摘 要： | 目的了解CHB患者对自身疾病的认知，分析认知方面存在的问题和影响因素，为健康教育和护理干预提供依据。方法对120例住院CHB患者进行问卷调查与分析。结果患者的疾病相关知识总体标准化得分7．26±1．57，其中戒酒、家人防护、诱发因素得分较高，分别为8．92±2．48、8．33±3．74、8．18±2．03；疾病预后、传染性得分较低，分别为4．42±3．09和4．94±3．18。影响疾病相关知识的因素为文化程度和既往是否住院。结论应进一步重视文化程度较低和院外患者的健康教育。
