侵袭性NK细胞白血病1例报告并文献复习

目的提高对侵袭性NK细胞白血病（ANKL）的认识。方法报道1例侵袭性NK细胞白血病的诊断及其治疗经过，并进行文献复习。结果侵袭性NK细胞白血病多见于亚洲人；发病年龄相对较轻；临床常表现为高热、盗汗、肝脾淋巴结骨髓受侵犯、肝功能不全、反应性噬血细胞综合征、血细胞减少等多系统受累，免疫表型表达CD2、CD7、CD16、CD56，预后差，生存时间多以周来计算。结论ANKL是一种少见的恶性白血病，临床有疑似病例时应尽快完善骨髓、免疫表型、病理活检、基因重排等相关检查，及早明确诊断，争取治疗时间。

Aggressive natural killer cell leukemia:A case report and review of the literatures

Objective To report a case of aggressive natural killer (NK) cell leukemia with an aggressive clinical course.
