神头二电厂低压转子叶片断裂分析及改进措施

摘    要:低压缸4/4A级叶片在投入运行后不久先后出现焊接拉筋多6处断裂和少数叶片断裂事故,经分析研究,在保留原来叶片的基础上,焊接拉筋改为整圈钛合金半剖松拉筋,并且在叶顶打减荷孔,彻底消除了拉筋叶片的断裂事故。

Abstract:After the L.P.cylinder 4/4A stage vanes put into operation,breaking of many welding bracings and few vanes happen frequently.By analyzing and researching,we changed welding bracings into whole ring Ti alloy half split loose bracings based on original vanes and drilled decrease load holes on the top of vanes.The breaking of bracing vanes was eliminated entirely.
