摘    要:聚合物电致发光器件以其独有的优点在显示方面显现了光明的前景.聚合物电致发光器件的稳定性是器件实用化过程中所面临的一个重要的技术难题.合成了单层薄膜电致发光器件ITO/P10/A1.研究了聚合物材料本身的退化,聚合物与金属电极之间界面的结构变化和电极对聚合物器件性能的影响.发现空气中的氧和热效应是引起聚合物膜不稳定的主要原因,ITO膜释放的氧破坏聚合物的发光层,器件工作时聚合物/金属界面形成的气泡导致器件电致发光区暗斑的出现.

Deterioration of Blue-Emission Electroluminescent Devices Made of Single Layer Polymer Thin Films
Abstract:The major problem encountered during the development of polymerelectroluminescent devices is the stability of the devices,which have attracted much interest due to their potential application in wide fields.The polymer P10 is constructed into single-layer thin-film electroluminescent devices as ITO/P10/Al.Some degradation sources of the devices have been investigated,such as deterioration of polymer P10,variation of interface structure at polymer layer/metal electrode and the effect of metal electrodes on device performance.It is found that the oxygen in the air and thermal effects have severe influence on the stability of the polymer film,the oxygen released from ITO can substantially damage the conjugated luminescent polymers,and the bubbles generated at polymer layer/metal electrode result in the appearance of dark spots on electroluminescent region of devices during the operation.
