蓝光聚合物共混材料的发光特性

摘    要:研究了不同组成PVK和P6共混材料薄膜的光吸收特性和光致发光特性.用不同比例PVK∶P6共混材料为发光层和Alq3为电子传输层合成双层结构的蓝光器件,测量器件的电致发光谱、电流-电压特性和亮度-电压特性.结果表明,共混材料的光致发光强度比PVK和P6都有明显的增强,且随PVK浓度的增加而增强;器件电致发光强度随PVK浓度的增加而增强;不同PVK掺杂浓度对电致发光器件的开启特性没有明显影响,发光亮度随PVK掺杂浓度的增加而增大.

Abstract:The optical absorption properties and photoluminescence properties of different PVK∶P6 polymer blend films are reported.Several kinds of bilayer blue-emission electroluminescent devices are fabricated with Alq3 as electron transport layer and different PVK∶P6 polymer blends as light-emitting layer,and the electroluminescence spectra,current-voltage characteristics and luminance-voltage characteristics of the devices are investigated.The results show distinct enhancement of the fluorescence intensity of polymer blends compared with that of the pure PVK or P6.The electroluminescence intensity and the luminance has proved to increase with the dopant PVK concentration,which has no effect on the threshold voltage.
