| 摘 要： | 在统计分析了沉陷区治理与棚户区改造工程对土地需求的基础上,论述了利用沉陷区作为建设场地的社会效益;阐述了在沉陷区有条件建造建筑物的技术保证措施及工程实例;同时对规模性利用沉陷区进行工程建设存在的一些问题进行了探讨。
