| 摘 要： | 当前企业基层政工队伍建设中存在工作信心不足、队伍素质不高、作用发挥不好的状况,要充分发挥企业政工干部的作用,必须在加强队伍建设上下功夫,克服偏见、练好内功、注重实绩,切实提高政工干部工作水平。

| Abstract: | The problems that exists in enterprise political workers' construction at grass-roots level include insufficient confidence in work,poor quality of political workers and unsatisfactory function.In order to give full play to the role of enterprise political workers,we must put emphasis on strengthening the construction of political workers,overcome prejudices,enhance self-cultivation,pay attention to performance and actually raise the political workers' working level. |
