关于现行宪法第四次修正的几点思考

“人权”一词从舶来到写入中国宪法,历经百年沧桑。十届全国人大二次会议通过的宪法修正案,把“国家尊重和保障人权”正式载入了中国的根本大法。这一举措对中国人权事业及人权保障制度的发展将产生极为重大而深远的影响。但与此同时,我们也应看到中国是个发展中国家,人权状况正处于发展和改善过程中,目前还有许多不尽如人意的地方,人权保障工作任重道远。
