基于模糊综合评判的装备维修效能评估

摘    要:为了对维修系统的效能进行客观科学的评估,在考虑维修实际的基础上,首先分析了影响维修系统维修效能发挥的诸多因素,构建了维修系统效能评估的指标体系,利用层次分析法确定了诸影响因素的权重系数;然后给出了维修系统维修效能评估的模糊综合评判法计算方法和步骤;最后,通过实例对该方法进行了验证。验证结果表明,该方法可以有效地对维修系统的维修效能进行定量评估。

Abstract:For objective and scientific evaluation of maintenance system efficiency, based on considering maintenance reality, firstly, analyze the factors which have influence on maintenance efficiency of maintenance system. Establish maintenance system efficiency evaluation index system, use AHP to determine the influence factor weighting index. Then, give fuzzy comprehensive criterion calculation method and steps of maintenance system maintenance efficiency evaluation. At last, verify the method by example. The result shows that the method can be used for evaluating the maintenance effectiveness effectively.
