| 摘 要： | 对电镀金刚石丝锥的加工工艺进行了研究,给出了电镀金刚石丝锥的制造过程,主要包括镀液的配制、金刚石的清洗、上砂槽的制作、试件的镀前处理、预镀、上砂、增厚处理等。通过大量的实验研究和数据分析,重点讨论了电镀工艺参数、主盐浓度对镀层硬度和沉积速度的影响。
