| 摘 要： | 介绍了接触器式继电器的失效模式,有接触不良、静熔焊、电弧熔焊等失效形式,对各种失效模式产生的失效机理进行了分析。根据失效原因,提出改进措施,以提高其触点工作的可靠性。

| Abstract: | The failure modes of contactor relay, such as loose contact, static melt, arc melt were introduced. The failure reasons of every mode were analyzed. Based on these failure reasons, the improving measures were put forward to upgrade the reliability of contact operating. |
