| 摘 要： | 高校新校区建设需要进行科学管理，在新校区建设中科学地运用柔性管理，可以使人员、职能交融，从而克服本位思想；通过授予明确职权，可以合理约束权限；通过培养组织文化，可以营造和谐团队。不仅如此，还可以运用于高校管理的各个方面。

| Abstract: | The construction of new university district needs to carry on scientific management. Using flexible management scientifically in the construction of new university district, we can make personnel and function blend, and thus overcome selfish depart mentalist thought. Awarding the functions and powers clearly, we can restrain the authority rationally. Training the culture of organizing, we can build the harmonious group. Flexible management can apply in every aspect of management of universities. |
