摘    要:北京大学体育馆工程屋面采用空间辐射弦支网壳体系.根据结构特点,建立有限元模型,对结构进行整体分析和张拉仿真计算,采用多步、多级、循环平缓的张拉方法,保证预应力张拉能同时同步进行,以降低各索的相互影响.并详细介绍了张拉工艺流程、操作要点、质量控制、安全措施和效益分析.张拉结果分析表明,实测的应力和位移均符合设计和规范要求,结构扭转值被有效地控制在最小的范围内,屋盖系统达到自平衡.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the construction of prestressed reticulated shell roof for the Beijing University Gymnasium.In terms of the tension method for prestressed cable,the paper presents key technologies adopted at design stage,and these include the use of a finite element model for entire structure analysis and tension simulation,and the design of cable layout and tension scheme.A multi-step,multi-stage and symmetric tension process is then described to reduce the mutual influence of the prestressed cable,reverses the value of control in the smallest area so that the roof system can be self-balance.The paper also summarizes the tension procedure,key operations,quality control,safety measures,and benefits analysis.It is concluded that both stress and displacement satisfy the design requirements and specifications after tension work.
