摘    要:研究了浮选介质水经磁化处理后,石英的上浮率与介质pH值和钙离子浓度的变化关系及其作用机理。试验结果表明,磁化处理可以使石英上浮率减少,使钙离子对石英的活化能力降低。认为产生上述变化的原因是磁化处理增加了水分子的平均动能,削弱了水分子之间的色散力、诱导力和取向力,减小了石英对氢离子吸附的位阻效应,使钙离子在石英表面的竞争吸附更加困难,从而使钙离子对石英的活化能力降低,

Abstract:The relationship between the quartz flotation ratio and the change in medium's pH and Ca 2+ concentration and its working mechanism after the magnetization of flotation medium water were studied. Test results show that magnetization can reduce the quartz flotation ratio, thus reducing the Ca 2+ ability to activate quartz. It is considered that the cause for the above changes is that it is magnetization that increases the average kinetic energy, weakens the chromatic dispersion force, induction force and orientation force and decreases the steric effect of quartz absorption of H +, thus making difficult the competitive adsorption of Ca 2+ on quartz surface and consequently, reducing the Ca 2+ ability to activate quartz.
