基于二传感器信息融合的柴油机压力传感器输出特性校正

柴油机压力传感器的输出会受到工作温度波动等因素的影响给压力测量结果带来误差，严重影响传感器的线性度，致使传感器测压精度大大下降。因此，对其输出特性进行校正显得尤为重要和具有现实意义。笔者利用二传感器信息融合技术，通过最小二乘法估算出压力传感器输出信号与实际压力、温度传感器输出信号之间的函数关系，从而对柴油机压力传感器输出特性进行校正。

Output Characteristics Correction of Diesel Engine Pressure Sensor on Two Sensor Data Fusion Method

Diesel engine pressure sensor output will bring pressure measurement error because of temperature fluctuations and other factors influence, which would seriously affected the linearity of sensors and lead the precision of pressure sensors greatly decreased. Therefore, a correction of its output is particularly important and realistic significance. In this paper, two sensor data fusion method is be used toestimate pressure sensor output signals,the actual pressure and temperature sensor output signals through the least squares method and thus the diesel engine pressure sensor output characteristics are to be corrected.
