曲柄连杆式飞剪机机架的有限元分析

摘    要:针对某厂25t曲柄连杆式飞剪机使用中存在的问题,根据掌握的国内外资料,编出了飞剪四连杆机构运动分析和动力分析的FORTRAN程序,并采用ALGOR软件对飞剪机机架进行了有限元分析和强度研究,得出了飞剪机架的应力、应变分布,找出了薄弱环节,并应用电阻应变仪在现场作了多点测试,其理论值与实测值较好吻合。对飞剪机架提出了改进措施,并对改进后的机架进行了有限元分析。

Abstract:The 25t crank trace flying shear of a certain factory which problem in use is analgsed. According to available domestic and abroad date, the FORTRAN program used for kinetics analysis and dynamics analysis of the framwork is programmed.Moreover ALGOR software is applied to do the finite element analysis and the strength research for the case and the distribution of stresses and strain of every component is ob-tained .The weak parts are found and the resistance strain instrument is applied to do the measurement,the results coincide with the theoretical analysis.A valid improving method is proposed and the improved framework is analysed by using the finite element analysing method.
