高介电常数微波介质陶瓷

摘    要:近年来,微波介质陶瓷作为现代通信技术中关键的核心材料,广泛应用于微波谐振器、滤波器、介质基板、移相器等微波元器件,极大的促进了现化通信事业的飞速发展。本文综述了高介电常数微波介质陶瓷近几十年来的研究进展,并对高介电常数微波介质陶瓷的发展趋势进行了讨论和展望。

Abstract:Recently,microwave dielectric ceramics is the key fundamental materials ,which have applied extensively in the microwave devices as microwave resonators ,filters,dielectric substrates,phase shifters.The advance in microwave dielectri c ceramics promotes largely the rapid development of modern communications indust ry.The recent progresses have been reviewed on the microwave dielectric ceramics with high dielectric constant in this paper.And their development trend is disc ussed.
