摘    要:通过力学性能测试、形貌观察,重点研究TiO2/三乙醇胺、Ni/TiO2/三乙醇胺等微粒的电流变液特性,并与Ni/TiO2/Urea进行比较、微粒粒经对电流变液性能的影响。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内随三乙醇胺浓度增加,电流变液剪切强度增加,电流变液形貌的柱、链变粗变壮,粒经越小电流变液强度越高。

Abstract:Electrorheological characteristic of TiO2/Triethanolamine,Ni/TiO2/Triethanolamine core-shell nano particles ER was studied by properties testing and microstructure observation.Comparison was made on the effect of particle size on ER properties.It is found that ER property is increased with higher concentration of the triethanolamine in a certain range.The microstructure observation of the ER fluids under DC electric field shows that the particles aggregate to form thicker and dense column structure,and the ...
