| 摘 要： | 基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,采用有限元方法对复合管爆炸焊接的动态过程进行数值模拟,研究不同间隙下复管的飞行速度及其与复合管爆炸焊接质量的关系;根据模拟结果得到的合理间隙范围进行复合管的实际爆炸焊接试验,并依据复合管结合界面的力学性能测试结果及结合形貌的分析,得出数值模拟能较准确的描述复合管爆炸焊接的动态过程,据此给出了复合管爆炸焊接间隙的合理取值范围。
