| 摘 要： | 以山西省为例分析了林火检测手段的现状,介绍了森林火灾视频监控系统与指挥平台的建设背景、建设目标和建设原则,阐述了远程林火视频监控系统的结构、功能,详细描述了建设过程中涉及的关键问题并提出了相应的解决方案,最后对系统的未来发展作出了规划.
