摘    要:本文提出一种开口同轴探头现场同时测量高损材料复电磁参数的新方法。通过测量不同厚度材料的相邻频点的标量反射系数,将双厚度法与变频率法结合并建立适当的目标函数以计算其复电磁参数。对一些吸波材料进行了实际测量,实验结果表明该种方法在实际应用中的可行性。与矢量反射系数测量方法相比,该方法不需检测相位信息,可简化测量仪器。

Abstract:A novel in-situ measurement technique is proposed for simultaneously measuring the complex permittivity and permeability of high-loss material using a flanged open-ended coaxial probe. Combining the FVM (frequency-varying method) and TVM (thickness-varying method), proper objective functions are constructed to determine the both EM-parameters via measuring the scalar reflection coefficients of the samples with two different thicknesses. Experiments are carried out to validate the feasibility of this technique. Compared with traditional vector reflection measurement, this method needs only scalar information, which could simplify the test instrument and reduce the cost.
