摘    要:广东省珠海市自然地理条件复杂,是一个自然灾害发生较频繁的地区。随着社会和国民经济的迅速发展,各种自然灾害所造成的损失越来越大。自然灾害监测预警是防灾减灾中一个重要组成部分,WebGIS则是最主要的技术支撑之一。按照成灾主导因素占优的原则,针对影响严重的主要灾种,设计了珠海市自然灾害预警业务运行系统。重点探讨了自然灾害预警系统的总体目标与设计方法、系统框架以及自然灾害综合数据库、系统的主要功能以及系统的实现界面。

Abstract:Zhuhai,a city in Guangdong Province,is a natural disaster-frequent area due to the complex physical ge- ography conditions.With the rapid development of society and economy,the loss caused by natural disasters is be- coming more and more severe.The forewarning mechaisms of natural disaster is an important component in disaster reduction,in which WebGIS plays a vital role as one of the primary technical support.The natural disaster forewar- ning service system of Zhuhai had been designed and impliemented according to the principle that the leading factor of causing disaster occupy the superior in terms of the most serious impact of main disasters.It mainly introduced the overall goal and the design method of natural disaster forewarning system,the system framework,the natural disaster synthesis database,the system main function as well as the interface of system implementation.
