| Abstract: | The operation and management specifications for 500 kV unattended Huiquan Substation,the first 500 kV unattended substation of State Grid,are illuminated,including requirements for primary and secondary equipment,interface requirements for the monitoring back end,requirements for programmed operation modes,the "five proof" for substation monitoring and implementing conditions for programmed operation,and compiling of programmed operation tickets. |
