摘    要:大港石化公司以提高装置总液体收率、降低生焦量为目的,采用美国UOP公司技术对重油催化裂化装置进行了改造,包括提升管出口旋转式快分系统、优混喷嘴、高效汽提挡板等多项内容。通过改造,缩短了催化剂在沉降器内的停留时间,降低了不良二次反应,达到了装置改造的目的。从装置运转情况看,在原料性质变差的情况下,装置处理量由0.92Mt/a提高到1.25Mt/a,生焦量降低,总液体收率有一定提高,收到了较好的效果。

Abstract:The heavy oil FCC Unit of Dagang Petrochemical corporation was revamped withUOP technology, which included a VSS riser termination device, Optimix feed mixing nozzles, and highefficiency stripper. The purpose of the revamp was to decrease the catalyst residence time in the disenga-ger for minimizing the undesirable secondary reaction to increase the liquid product yield and lowered thecoke production. After revamping, although the feedstock was worse than before, however, thethroughput raised from 0.92Mt/a to 1.25Mt/a; the liquid product yield increased; and the coke yielddecreased.
