| 摘 要： | 本文在当前社会对人才需求和高校工程技术型人才培养模式基础上,借鉴国内外工程技术型本科教育经验,探讨了通信工程专业工程技术应用型本科教育培养方案的制定思路,提出了通信工程专业工程技术应用型人才培养目标,介绍了改进的培养方案。

| Abstract: | Based on new needs for talents and educational patterns for higher engineering, and absorbing national and international higher engineering education program, this paper discusses the ideas of education programme for applied engineering talents in communication engineering, suggests the demands for applied engineering talents in the specialty, and introduces the reformed education programme. |
