永磁直线同步电动机非正弦磁场数学模型研究

摘    要:电机传动系统大都采用变频器供电,输出的是非正弦电压和电流,因此产生非正弦磁场,永磁直线同步电动机也如此。初步建立了永磁直线同步电动机时空三维非正弦电磁场的数学模型。模型在空间上采用体电流密度等效初、次级激励场源,充分解决了直线电动机的结构开断、边端效应等问题;在时间上考虑了非正弦供电的情况,最后用傅里叶变换对该模型进行解析计算,其计算结果和实验结果吻合。

Abstract:The motor drive system all use transducers to supply power,they export non-sinusoidal voltage and current,so come into being non-sinusoidal electromagnetic field.This paper elementarily presents space-time three-dimensional electromagnetic field modal of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) based on sinusoidal electromagnetic field.The modal adopt volume-current density to equal the actual excitation field sources,it sufficiently considers the end effect,half-filled slot and harmonics which caused by the armature and the permanent magnet on their structure;and also considers PMLSM which supplied by non-sinusoidal power.Finally,this paper uses FFT to calculate the electromagnetic field.
