弧型扭变风机叶片的展开算法研究

摘    要:本文提出了三维弧型扭变风机叶片的展开下料三角片算法,并利用Pro/Engineer对展开数据实现了跨平台输入、数值构造分析。经实验证明,该算法稳定可靠、误差小,从而解决了风机叶片制造工艺的一系列难题。

Abstract:In this paper, a new kind of triangle algorithm was put forward for the unfolding of twist blade. By making use of Pro/Enigeer, cross platform input and numerical formatim analysis could be realized. It was proved that the algorithm was stable and exact, and it could solve many problems of fan blade production.
