摘    要:高校人事代理制度是市场经济发展下的一种新型用人制度,是高校人事制度改革的突破口,对促进高校人力资源的合理配置和人事工作的科学管理具有积极的作用,也为高校进一步深化人事制度的改革带来了前所未有的机遇.

Abstract:Personnel agent system of higher education is a new system of human administration under the market-oriented background, and is a breakthrough of personnel administration reform in colleges and universities. The implementation of this system will play an active role in the effective employment and scientific administration of human resources and meanwhile bring about an oppommity for personnel reform of higher education.
