地毯清洁剂的研制

摘    要:研制了地毯清洁剂,它是由阴、非、阳离子表面活性剂复配而成的泡沫型清洁剂,具有高表面活性、高泡沫、低浓度、抗再沉淀等功效、经测试去污率超过85%,且具有去污力强、渗透力强、干燥时间短、安全性高、对地毯无腐蚀、抗静电与抗再沉淀性好、成本低廉,使用方便的特点,同时也阐述了泡沫微观结构在去污机理中的作用。

Abstract:A carpet cleanser was prepared as a foaming detergent by composing the anionic, nonionic and cationic surfactants. The product had high surface activity and foaming property, low concentration, and good anti-reprecipitation etc. the tests demonstrated that the product features as follows: cleaning ratio over 85%, strong cleaning and penetration powers, short drying time, high safety, no corrosion to the carpets, good antistatic and anti-reprecipitation properties, low cost, and convenient use. The cleaning mechanism of the foam micro-structure was also discussed.
