不同纤维增强酚醛模塑料磨损性的研究

摘    要:利用SEM等方法研究分析了经玻璃纤维,棉纤维,棉布增强自制环保型酚醛树脂的磨损性能,以及摩擦界面温度对摩擦性能的影响,结果表明,树脂基本相同的条件下,棉布增强的酚醛模塑料耐磨性最好,棉纤维增强酚醛模塑料的耐磨性次之,玻璃纤维增强酚醛模塑料的磨损量最大,摩擦界面温度对塑料的磨损行为影响也较大。

Abstract:The wearing property of our self made environment protective phenolic resins,which were reinforced by glass fiber,cotton fiber and cotton cloth,and the effect of interfacial temperature on the wearability were studied and analysized by means of SEM in this paper The results showed when the resin matrix was the same,the wearability of the phenolic compound reinforced by cotton cloth was the best,and the wearability of the compound reinforced by cotton fiber was better than that of the compound reinforced by glass fiber.The friction interfacial temperature had obvious effect on the wearing property of the compound
