摘    要:如何准确地评价并提高集散控制系统(DCS)工厂总线的可靠性,不仅对提高DCS整体可靠性具有重要意义,也保证了发电企业安全高效的电力生产。对西门子TXP型DCS的工厂总线系统的结构进行了分析,将其精简为由通讯模件CP1430、光纤交换机OSM以及服务器PU这三部分组成的虚拟环网。针对工厂总线的特点,采用故障树法对其进行可靠性建模,并通过仿真对模型进行定量分析,计算出了其平均故障间隔时间、可靠度。鉴于系统可靠性较低,故采用增加冗余的方法对其进行改进。通过对比分析多种冗余方式,最终选取了其中较优的冗余配置方式来对系统进行改进,仿真结果表明改进后系统的可靠性有大幅提高。

Abstract:Accurate evaluation and improvement of the reliability of the plant bus of the distributed control system( DCS) is not only important for the improvement of overall DCS reliability,but also guarantees safe and efficient production of electric power generation companies. This paper analyses the structure of the plant bus system of Siemens TXP type DCS and simplifies it into a virtual ring network composed of communications module CP1430,optical switches OSM and server PU. With respect to the characteristics of the plant bus,we use the fault tree method to model its reliability and make a quantitative analysis of the model through simulation,thus calculating its mean time between failure( MTBF) and reliability. In view of the low system reliability,we increase redundancies to improve it. By comparing these redundancy methods,we select a superior redundancy configuration to improve the system. The simulation results show that the reliability of the improved system is raised to a great extent.
